IP Telephony Project
We are working on a customer multi site IP telephony project where the customer will be able to talk to remote site free of charge using voice over IP technology. The customer is utilizing VPN solution to connect the 2 sites on a single network and then route the calls from site A to site B and vice versa.

We provide all the design , hardware - software and services to implement this project.
Voice Recording Project
Call Cente Project
We are working o a customer solution for Contact Center where the customer will be able to route their inbound calls to groups and skillsets based on agent availability and skills. The solution will utilize BCM50 CallPilot Call Center and will be able to handle 30 concurent calls. The agents are using hot desking technology mening that they can logon on any available set and get the calls based on their login id and password.

The customer will be able to get real time and historical reports for their call center performance.
Hospitality Project
We are working on voice recording solution providing our customer the option to record all his voice communications on the ISDN PRI and ISDN BRI trunk lines. The recordings are stored in a secure way on the voice recorder and customer can easy search and replay based on given search critiria.
We are working on a hospitality project for Telephony solution, PMS and Front Desk solution , Billing , Guest services, WiFi Hotspot and guest access ,in room entairtainment and much more.
